Greetings from the kitchen

1. Whipped nut butter [without nut] for the bread

2. Colorful juicy olives from the market

3. crispy fried chouriço from black pork

4. crunchy bread of the region



House pickled salmon, with a finely seasoned apple-parsley infusion.

This fantastic salmon specialty is served with a salty yoghurt mousse,

with handmade crispbread, a juicy cucumber relish

with mustard seeds and pickled apples.



Consommé vom Rind, mit hausgemachter Wachtel-Galatine als Einlage, mit Wurzel-Werk.



Zitronen-Sorbet mit Gin-Espuma.


Main course

Beef tenderloin with hearty Madeira port wine jus. This festive specialty is served

of pumpkin variations [puree, braised and chips], a spicy potato cigar

harmoniously rounds off this spectacle.



French chocolate press cake, with Cinnamon Mousse.

This New Year's Eve dessert is served on a yoghurt espuma with a plum roaster.
