Orange tomato soup with basil ice cubes that slowly releases its aroma

and grated feta cheese.


Gear 2.

Atlantic tapas fireworks with colourful miniature seafood creations.


Gear 3.

Salad of smoked cat shark fillet, marinated with the finest olive oil,

Herbs and citrus fruits of the Algarve.


Gear 4.

Sparkling Orange Sorbet


Gear 5.

Cubes of wild boar leg stewed with dried plums, in a shiny red wine sauce. This fine Portuguese game speciality is served on marinated Port wine, pears, with winter spices, as well as refreshing limes, Carrots and herbs of the region.


Gear 6.

Annett's miniature schnapps cake with vanilla sauce and fresh wild berries.


Gear 7.

A fine and small cheese trilogy of award-winning and rare cheeses of the Algarve.

This finale is served with a pumpkin and walnut jam and a slight hint of chilli.
